Do you know what you would do if you were really attacked?  Join us for an effective Self-Defense Course with the professional and practical instructors of Academy of Combative Warrior Arts (A.C.W.A).  A.C.W.A. trains gross motor skills for close quarters situations and prepares you for real-life situations, such as a low-lit parking garage attacks or sidewalk confrontations.  This course is free of charge to all PID residents or employees that work in our district, however, you must sign up.   Email Ms. Range at lakehighlandspid@att.net by Feb 17th to reserve your spot!
